			<description>The Russians have sent a naval task force (besides to long range nuclear bombers last week) to play war games with Venezuela.  An official U.S State Department spokesperson responded &quot;Are they sure they can make it there?&quot;  True... but once we were the sleeping giant... I think beware of the globalization of Russia, and don't want them playing with loaded nuclear toys in our hemisphere.  Chavez needs to realize this giant woke up Sept. 11, and if threatened he will be the one to lose.  ...</description>
